Registration opens for next Real Estate Fundamentals course
The next edition of Hillbreak’s renowned “Real Estate Fundamentals” training is now open for booking.
Designed specifically for ESG, sustainability and impact professionals working in real estate, the course provides invaluable insight into the market, how it works, who’s involved and what their motivations and roles are.

The course is designed to achieve two principal outcomes. It aims to enhance the confidence and ability of delegates to engage with their colleagues and stakeholders in the ‘language’ of the market for the furtherance of positive ESG, sustainability and impact outcomes. At the same time, it seeks to enhance their contribution to the strategic, operational and financial goals of their employer organisations.
Topics covered include the current state of the property market and its challenges; real estate performance trends across various sectors; navigating the property investment and development processes; and understanding property value, valuations and appraisals, including the integration of sustainability factors.
The training, which has always received excellent feedback from previous participants, will be delivered by Hillbreak Executive Chair Miles Keeping MRICS and our Client Learning Principal, Sophie Carruth.
The unique course is run in a roundtable format with a combination of classroom-style teaching, Q&A, individual and group exercises and facilitated discussions. In this way, it is hoped that all participants will learn by having the opportunity to steer content whilst interacting with each other and the facilitators.
