Client Learning Assistant

Lisa joined Hillbreak at the beginning of 2023 to provide support and assistance to client organisations and individuals enrolled in our Client Learning programmes. Working closely with Timia and the wider team, she ensures that courses and programmes are structured and scheduled on the Hillbreak Learning Hub and that participants have the resources and support they need to progress through their learning journey. She is part of the first-line of response to initial enquiries as well as working behind the scenes to administer programmes, including capturing and reporting participant progress, attainment and feedback.

Before joining Hillbreak, Lisa was a team leader for a manufacturing company, working in the Incoming Goods warehouse team, and in the Goods in Quality team, based in the South West of the UK. She has a keen eye for quality and detail and a passion for good process!

She has a lifelong love of horses which she now shares with her young daughter.
