Hillbreak welcomes Faith Dulson to Advisory Board to enhance professional development and upskilling strategies
Hillbreak is delighted to announce the appointment of Faith Dulson as the newest member of its eminent Advisory Board. Faith’s expertise in professional qualification training and strategic learning and development will be instrumental in further strengthening Hillbreak’s Client Learning and Leadership Development services.
Faith currently serves as a Learning & Development Business Partner at Burges Salmon LLP, a market-leading independent UK law firm, where she leads crucial strategic projects, including the firm’s Future Skills review and Business Skills Offering review.
Her career foundation includes valuable experience as a surveyor at Savills in the Bristol Development team, before she transitioned internally to Talent Development. In her L&D role, Faith successfully led professional qualification training for a diverse group, including graduates, trainees, and apprentices undertaking RICS qualifications, while also expanding the firm’s business skills and line manager programmes.
As an Advisory Board Member alongside Abigail Dean (Nuveen Real Assets), Andy Yates (Grosvenor) and Sarah Hayford (The Land Collective), Faith will provide valuable insight, advice and challenge to ensure Hillbreak’s client learning strategies and public courses remain robust, commercially relevant, and aligned with the complex professional development needs of our clients.
Miles Keeping, Executive Chairman of Hillbreak, commented: “Faith’s appointment is a significant win for our Advisory Board and for our clients. Her deep understanding of both the commercial property sector and the rigorous standards required for professional qualification at top-tier firms is exceptional. As the market rapidly evolves, the ability of our clients’ people to acquire new, complex skills—from ESG data management to regenerative development and asset management—is paramount. Faith’s strategic focus on ‘Future Skills’ and the effective deployment of business-critical training will be invaluable in ensuring our programmes not only meet current needs but are future-proofed against the challenges our industry faces.”
Faith added: “I’m delighted to be joining the Hillbreak Advisory Board. It’s a brilliant opportunity that brings together the different strands of my career, from surveying to strategic learning and development, in a way that feels both purposeful and energising.”
Alongside welcoming Faith to the Advisory Board, Hillbreak congratulates Andrea Palmer, former responsible investment lead at PGGM, on her recent appointment to the role of CEO at the CRREM Foundation, and thanks her for her masterful contribution during her tenure on its Advisory Board.
Jon Lovell, Managing Director of Hillbreak, said: “As one of the inaugural members of the Advisory Board, Andrea has played a pivotal role in the development of the business over the last couple of years. She was instrumental in shaping the dynamic of our Advisory Board conversations and has been a model ‘critical friend’ to our senior leadership team. We are delighted for the industry that she’s taken on her important role at the CRREM Foundation, although we will of course miss her contributions here at Hillbreak.”
