After 15 years focused on sustainability and the built environment, including as Head of Sustainability at legendary property firm, Drivers Jonas, and latterly as global real estate sustainability leader at Deloitte, Jon launched Hillbreak in 2015 with his long-term friend and colleague, Miles Keeping.  Over the last 10 years, they've built one of the standout advisory and training firms in the market. 
Jon provides leadership and oversight on all aspects of the business, including Hillbreak’s sister company APC Success. He is supported by an outstanding Senior Leadership Team and Advisory Board. 

He specialises in providing strategic advice, independent challenge and teaching on responsible, sustainable and impact investment to clients including top global investment and asset managers, institutional investors, major public companies and governmental bodies. He has a proven track-record of strong leadership, distinctive vision, effective collaboration and persuasive advocacy, which he combines in the pursuit of progressive change, especially in the real estate and built environment sectors.

He is regarded as an eminent thought-leader, combining a strong appreciation of market dynamics, effective policy and transformative strategy. He is an experienced, candid and distinctive public speaker too.
