  • Provides space for issue resolution, goal-setting, and learning from diverse disciplines.
  • Includes 3-way meetings with organisational sponsors.
  • Focus varies by person but typically includes purpose and meaning, influence, stakeholder management, confidence, performance, self-care, resilience, wellbeing, leading in crisis, sense making in the climate crisis, mindset and behaviour.
  • May be complemented by 360 feedback, psychometric tools, and a Leadership Insights Assessment.

Pamela McGill

Pamela is a leadership coach focused on regenerative and equitable change. She has built a global consulting background over twenty years, partnered with corporate organisations, investors and their portfolio companies and as well as with clients in international development, education, and the public sector. She has coached hundreds of leaders individually and within teams, helping them to perform at their best and in line with their purpose.

She is an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (2016) and was certified in Systemic Team Coaching (2019) and Coaching in the Climate Crisis (2022) by the Academy of Executive Coaching.

  • A powerful, developmental, transparent and deep process that accelerates personal insight and performance, typically over a few weeks
  • A half-day session where individuals reflect on their unique journey from early life through to present day and aspirations for the future
  • Includes a suite of cognitive and personality tools (such as Hogan, FIRO-B, SWIFT) that are debriefed and integrated into the conversation
  • Includes organisational pre- and debrief, and 90 mins feedback and coaching session with the participant

360 FEEDBACK DETAILS

  • A rigorous, developmental process that helps leaders appraise and acknowledge their impact on others, reducing blind spots and creating a bridge to significant positive change

  • Confidential facilitated interviews resulting in candid, complete and constructive data
