Faith Dulson is a Learning & Development Business Partner at Burges Salmon LLP. She began her career as a surveyor at Savills, working in the Bristol Development team before transitioning internally to Talent Development. There, she led professional qualification training for graduates, trainees, apprentices, and approved clients undertaking RICS qualifications. Faith also expanded the firm’s business skills and line manager training programmes.
In early 2025, Faith joined Burges Salmon LLP, stepping into a new professional services environment. She now focuses on the development of mid-level lawyers – associates and senior associates – and leads strategic projects including the firm’s Future Skills review and Business Skills Offering review.
