Paul Jaffe Portrait

Paul Jaffe

Advisory Board

Paul is the Real Assets ESG Lead for the Church Commissioners for England, which manages an £11 billion endowment fund to support the Church of England’s ministry. Paul oversees ESG-related activities for the Church Commissioners’ property, land and infrastructure investments, working closely with the Responsible Investment Team. He has deep expertise in, and a commitment to, bridging the gap between environmental and community stewardship and real assets investing.

Previously, Paul was the Asset Management Sustainability Lead at British Land, where he oversaw the execution of placemaking and environmental initiatives, as well as community projects, across a £1.8 billion campus in the West End of London. Prior to his time at British Land, Paul was a Fund Management Director at LaSalle Investment Management. He holds a Masters degree from the University of Cambridge’s Institute for Sustainable Leadership.

Paul brings valuable expertise and insight into the commercial and operational realities of delivering ESG stewardship in a real assets context, helping to inform the ongoing development, commerciality and standards-alignment of Hillbreak’s Strategic Advisory and Place Advisory services.
