Paul joined Hillbreak as our fractional CFO in Spring of 2026, having spent over 10 years in consultancies supporting them through their growth journeys. Paul is a qualified CIMA accountant, and has worked in a number of roles in finance, starting his career in large corporations such as Intel, before finding his feet in smaller organisations. He has helped oversea the finances of a pioneering wave power engineering, a horse feed business, a human rights consultancy, a vintage resell business, a vintage electric car firm and even supported the career path of an F1 driver!
His passion however lies in supporting small businesses with purpose, such as Hillbreak. Helping prepare them for growth, manage change and increase value. Creating sustainable business that is good for all stakeholders involved.
