Georgia Harris
Consultant
Georgia is a socio-economic consultant with experience in delivering research and data analysis across a range of strategies, frameworks and technical impact assessments. She has excellent quantitative modelling skills, and has supported numerous social place-based strategies, socio-economic baselining studies and technical impact assessments. Georgia is highly skilled in both quantitative and qualitative analysis and innovative data presentation (including spatial mapping and data infographics), as well as strategic consultation and stakeholder engagement. Her project experience covers a range of strategic and place-based engagements for clients including Royal London Asset Management, Muse Places, LandSec U&I and Peel Land.
She spent 3 years as a Research Consultant at Hatch before joining Hillbreak as a Consultant in the Place Advisory team at the beginning of 2026. She draws on experience from her Master’s degree which allowed her to gain an understanding of the environmental, social, and economic implications of development action and of the wider social, political, and economic decisions about the environment. Georgia is interested in supporting the delivery of projects focused on Social Value and Place-based Social Impact, Masterplanning and Placemaking, Impact Assessment, and Sustainable Development.
She holds an MSc in Environmental Assessment & Management from the University of Liverpool and a BA in Geography from Queen Mary University of London.
