Adèle Rowlands

Junior Consultant – Client Advisory Services

Adèle plays a key supporting role in the development and delivery of Hillbreak’s strategic advisory and client learning work. She researches and analyses topical matters to inform client insights and thought leadership, while also preparing learning materials and resources.

Her specialist area of technical experience is ESG reporting for small businesses and the associated impact on large organisations’ Scope 3 calculations. Before joining Hillbreak in 2024, she held an external engagement role at the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) and co-authored their Climate Disclosure Framework for Small and Medium Enterprises. Adèle is a skilled communicator, has built strong, lasting relationships with partners and clients, and has participated in a number of public webinars as a presenter and panellist.

Adèle has published multiple sustainability-related scientific papers, including research on the biodiversity in and conservation value of agroecosystems.

She holds a BSc in Biology from Durham University and an MSc in Ecology, Evolution and Conservation from Imperial College London.
